Sushi et Sashimi
Sushi can be a very frightening thing. There it is, staring at you with its raw fishy goodness and vinegar-y rice clumps. Sure, the edamame was an easy experience. Popping those salted soy pods in your mouth and enjoying its warmth. Then your tuna sashimi is plopped in front of you and you stare at it in awe. Pan Seared on one side, slightly pale, but not fully cooked, topped on a bed of rice....
Show me how you do that trick, the one that makes me scream” she said....
